Operating Standard / 02

Reporting that survives the courtroom.

Every brief we accept is run against the same operating standard. Our investigators document method, time and observation continuously, so the file you receive is admissible, defensible and useful to claims decisions.

Our methodology

I.

Brief intake & scoping

A senior investigator reviews the brief, defines investigative objectives and confirms scope, cost and timing before any field action.
II.

Deployment & field execution

Locally based investigators are deployed within agreed windows. Activity is captured under continuous chain-of-evidence protocols.
III.

Evidence handling

Video, statements and supporting material are secured, hashed and stored under controlled access, preserving evidentiary integrity end-to-end.
IV.

Reporting & handover

Reports are written for claims and legal review: factual, structured, time-coded, and built to be defended on the stand.
